Klarna members in the UK gain access to same-day GP, physiotherapy and mental health consultations – as record numbers of people turn to digital healthcare
Kry Livi, the UK’s leading digital healthcare provider, today announces a new partnership with Klarna, the global digital bank and flexible payments provider, bringing on-demand clinical consultations to Klarna’s UK members as digital-first healthcare continues to grow.
As part of the membership package, Klarna’s UK members now have access to on-demand consultations with qualified GPs, physiotherapists and mental health practitioners – bookable via the Livi app, typically the same day. Klarna Max members receive unlimited digital consultations, worth £60 each, as part of their membership; other members on the Core, Plus and Premium tiers benefit from 40 percent off their first appointment and 20 percent off consultations thereafter.
The partnership marks the first time Klarna has included a dedicated healthcare service within its membership programme, which also features leading wellness and lifestyle brands including Headspace, Clue and ClassPass. Klarna is the only card membership with which Livi currently partners in the UK.
