Leading provider of digital care software, Servelec, and its strategic partner Totalmobile, announced the roll out of mobile workforce management and scheduling services at Cambridgeshire County Council.
The service, which is due to go live towards the end of the year, aims to support 250 reablement staff by helping to create reablement care plans – as the authority looks to drive ambitious productivity goals and cost efficiencies. The County Council is set to become the first UK local authority to implement Servelec’s Reablement App for Mosaic.
The app, which integrates seamlessly with the Council’s main Mosaic system, will provide a solution to help its reablement teams focus their care on the needs of the people they support. It will enable accurate recording of service user information at the point of care with intuitive and responsive real-time care monitoring and planning capabilities.
Additionally, the solution offers a range of benefits including real-time schedule updates, a reduction in paper-based processes and the ability to allocate the appropriate staff worker to each visit.
Through the adoption of the Servelec and Totalmobile Mosaic app, the Council is aiming to increase productivity and generate cost efficiencies – ultimately leading to better outcomes for vulnerable people in Cambridgeshire County Council’s care.
James Bouch, Sales Director at Servelec, commented on the project: “We are delighted to work alongside our partners at Totalmobile to deliver this innovative mobile solution for Cambridgeshire County Council. Since partnering with Totalmobile in November 2018, we have been working to evolve our Mosaic offering to ensure it meets the rigours of social care work not just as it is today, but for the future. This project will harness our combined expertise and ensure that the Council has the tools it needs to support its workforce and the vulnerable people they work with.”
Totalmobile’s CEO, Jim Darragh said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Cambridgeshire County Council on board. Our strategic partnership with Servelec allows us to deliver innovative, modern technology throughout the health and social care sector. The implementation of our combined technology will ensure that Cambridgeshire’s reablement teams can react responsively, enabling person centred care while delivering better services. The solution will allow reablement teams to easily organise visits and update case management notes whilst on the move. Together with Servelec, we look forward to working with Cambridgeshire County Council going forward.”
