Seashell Trust, a leading national learning disability charity,has chosen RLDatix to support its rostering and scheduling needs via Allocate Optima, an e-rostering solution.
Seashell Trust, which provides specialist education and care for children and young adults with complex learning difficulties, disabilities and additional communication needs selected the Allocate Optima e-rostering solution to bring a higher level of efficiency and management to its team management. The charity was keen to enhance its ability to manage some 700 employees more effectively, giving it more time to focus on caring for the children and young people they support on a daily basis.
The RLDatix automated e-rostering solution, Allocate Optima, will help the Seashell Trust to track employee skills and training details and monitor staff activities while on shift.

To enable Seashell Trust to pick the right workforce rostering solution, RLDatix undertook a comprehensive Roster Assessment using Seashell’s own roster and workforce data. This assessment identified key areas where Allocate Optima could bring significant benefits by streamlining their rostering processes, including comparison against payroll.
