HCML expands case management proposition with acquisition of ILS

4th April 2025HCML, one of the UK’s leading providers of case management and rehabilitation services, have acquired ILS, specialists in rehabilitation case management and care for catastrophically injured children and adults.

The acquisition allows HCML to further strengthen its reputation in the industry and enhance its case management proposition to help even more clients. Acquiring ILS will add an additional 40 specialist case managers into the business and enables HCML to build on the established CQC regulated care activities delivered by the team of specialists at ILS.

As part of the acquisition, ILS clients will benefit from access to early rehabilitation funding where needed and access to a wider network of specialist case managers across a range of expertise to bring them bespoke rehabilitation programmes lead by experienced specialists who are experts in their field.

This latest acquisition comes following the addition of CA Case Management, specialists in brain injury case management and expert witness, to HCML in 2023.
