UK mental health services provider Associated Wellbeing has today announced the signing of a 5 year partnership with workforce solutions and patient safety specialist RLDatix to use its Optima software in meeting the organisation’s rostering needs.
The RLDatix Optima system, which is due to go live in September 2024, will offer a fully integrated and responsive rostering system designed to optimise the efficiency of Associated Wellbeing staff as well as support them in managing their workloads effectively.
Associated Wellbeing, which offers mental healthcare support to young people between the ages of eight and 25, specialises in dialectical behaviour and other talking therapies tailored specifically to the needs of children and young people. It also provides specialist education and training in communities, schools and home environments.
