BookWise, the digital healthcare scheduling company, has been acquired by digital patient flow specialist, VitalHub UK, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will see the Burton-on-Trent-based company integrate into VitalHubUK’s portfolio of digital healthcare brands, headquartered in London.
BookWise, founded in 2001, offers a range of healthcare scheduling systems across areas including oncology, outpatient, and renal care.
VitalHub UK is a leading health-tech company formed by the merger of ten of the UK’s foremost digital health brands. With over 200 years of collective experience collaborating with the NHS, VitalHub UK specialises in co-designing, developing, and deploying expert patient flow solutions to enhance care services, operational efficiency, and patient safety.
